Dear Vendor Friend,

We are pleased to announce the 40th annual Harvest Days Horse Show which will be held November 2nd through the 4th, 2007 at the Florida Expo Park (Florida State Fairgrounds) in Tampa in the beautiful indoor arena. Our 2006 show was a huge success and we hope our 2007 show will be even better. We will welcome two breeds to the show: the American Saddlebred and the Morgans.

Vendor fee is again only $150.00 for an 8’ x 10’ space in the indoor arena surrounding the show ring with electric available. Larger spaces are available. The fee includes numerous announcements during the show.

I suggest that you bring your own tables and chairs. The Florida State Fairgrounds will be charging a fee for each 8’ wooden table and each metal non-padded chair used.
Their fees are:
8’ wood table - $7.50 per table 1st day/ $4.50 each additional day
metal, non padded chair - $1.75 per chair 1st day/1.25 each additional day

All monies are due before arrival in order for your space to be reserved. Space is limited indoors.
